Plow Testimonial: Dan, Fred, and Staff at Newark Mower Center, I would just like to thank Newark Mower Center and their staff for all the hard work and effort that went into finding and mounting my new Meyer snow plow for the blizzard of 2010. After calling 20+ dealers from PA down to Virginia, across New Jersey, and into Maryland the fact that you could even get me a plow in a few days was amazing. After arriving at your dealership on the Friday of a storm and finding out that a shipping error had occurred from a manufacturer, I could see the dollar signs fade away for me through the upcoming storm. After many phone calls and tense minutes, Fred took it upon himself to fix the situation by actually driving to PA to pick up a mounting bracket that was the final piece to be able to mount a new plow on my truck. At any time, any one of the staff could have said "I'm sorry, we just can't do it until next week because of the shipping error.", and I would have had to accept this fact, but they did not. The fact that your staff went above and beyond means the world to me. I will drive 90 miles out of my way now for parts, service, or new equipment. It is very hard to find that level of service in today's world, and for that, you have not only my thanks, but my business for any slow plow or mower parts and service so long as I am in business.
